2. Your property is then listed in MLS within 24 hours by one of our local pros if you opt into the Free MLS Listing Service. Otherwise, your listing will only be displayed on MungoList.com

3. A MungoPro is available to assist you in selling your home as needed. You only pay for the services you request based on set fees for service.

4. If you locate the buyer on your own no commission is paid. If a real estate agent finds the buyer, a commission is paid only to that agent.
