2. Your property is then listed in MLS where the listing is syndicated to hundreds of real estates websites throughout the web for buyers to see (Only if you opt in for MLS service). Otherwise, your listing will only displayed on MungoList.com.

3. A MungoPro is available to assist you in selling your home as needed. You only pay for the services you request based on set fees for service.

4. If you locate the buyer on your own no commission is paid. If a real estate agent finds the buyer, a commission is paid only to that agent.
