Since MungoList.com offers both tangible and non-tangible services, we do not issue refunds once payment is received from a customer for a subscription to any one of our many services provided through our website. As a customer, it is your responsibility to understand this upon purchasing any service(s) at our site.

Ending your subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any point in time by contacting our Customer Services team at subscription@MungoList.com. Any cancellation of your subscription will be effective once MungoList.com receives notice of it, and your account will be deactivated accordingly regardless of when the cancellation may occur during any given customers' billing cycle.

Customer satisfaction:

If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

MungoList.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy.
