In addition, a MungoList Pro can provide you with additional services and you are only required to pay for the services you request.

Will my home appear on MLS when I list it on MungoList.com?
Your home will only be listed in MLS if you select the "List in MLS Option" when posting your home for sale on MungoList.com. Your home will appear in MLS until it sells or upon your request to cancel the listing.

How do I sell my house on MungoList.com?
Simply log on to www.MungoList.com and click on the "Sellers" tab. You will then be taken through the process step by step, on how to list your home for sale on MungoList.com

Does MungoList screen buyers before they contact sellers?
No, MungoList.com does not screen buyers that come to our site. We suggest that you contact a MungoList Pro if you are selling you home and would like professional assistance screening buyers and facilitating showings on your behalf.

Do I need a broker to sell my house?
No. You can list your home for sale on MungoList.com for free. The added benefit of MungoList.com is that you can hire a MungoList Pro to assist you with specific services related to selling your home without committing to a full service listing agreement and paying a commission.

Do I need a lawyer to sell my house?
No, however we highly suggest that you do have legal representation when selling your home. Selling your home can be a complex transaction and an attorney will ensure that the selling process is conducted efficiently and in a manner that protects the homeowner's interests.

When/How do I pay my MungoList Pro?
You only pay your MungoList Pro for specific services you need to help you sell your home and if he or she provides you with a buyer who purchases your home. When you speak with your MungoList Pro they will discuss their fees with you up front. Once you decide on which services you desire, you will be able to pay them directly through www.MungoList.com using our secure payment system.

How do I find out how much my home is worth?
The two most common ways to find out the value of your home is to either hire an appraiser or have real estate agent perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). An official appraisal can be expensive and take a significant amount of time. As a result, we suggest that you contact a MungoList Pro. They can provide you with a CMA for a fraction of the cost and faster than a formal appraiser.

Can I do a short sale on MungoList.com?
Yes. With current market conditions and the overall economy, more and more homeowners are selling their homes by means of a Short Sale. If you believe that your home is worth less than your current mortgage amount you can contact a MungoList Pro about your options to do a Short Sale

Do I need a real estate agent to purchase a home?
No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a home, however we highly recommend that you speak to a MungoPro before you decide to do it alone. Buying a home is a complex transaction requiring skills related to negotiations, value, condition assessments, contract review, and more. As a buyer there is no cost associated with working with a buyer's agent because they are paid from the sellers proceeds at closing.

Do I need a Pre-Approval letter before I can start looking at homes?
No, you do not need a pre-approval letter before you start looking at homes. However we recommend that you look to get pre-approved first, as it will help you refine your home search based on what you can afford. The sooner you go through this process, the sooner you can begin making offers on properties in your price range. It is also important to note that in order to submit an offer on a property, you must provide a pre-approval to the seller.

How Do I get Pre-Approved for a mortgage?
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is an easy process. Most banks and credit unions can pre-approve you to purchase a home, and only require some basic employment and financial information and documentation. MungoList will soon be able to connect you to mortgage professionals on MungoList.com

Do I need to set up an account before I can browse listings on MungoList.com?
No, as a buyer you can browse listings on MungoList for free without setting up an account.

Is MungoList.com a licensed brokerage firm?
No, MungoList.com is not a licensed brokerage firm. We are a privately owned company that provides innovative services and products to agents, sellers, and buyers to make the home buying process more efficient for all parties involved.

What types of memberships does MungoList.com offer?
Mungolist.com offers agents a free membership and a premium membership. The free membership allows agents to list their listing on MungoList for free and will be offering a host of free services in the months to come. For only $31.00 per month agents can exclusively purchase individual zip codes where they will be connected to all sellers within that zip code who list their home for sale on MungoList.com. These properties will become your exclusive listings and enable you to be paid based on the services you provide to the seller. You may also earn a commission if you provide the seller with a buyer.

If I am not satisfied, can I cancel my MungoList membership?
You can cancel your MungoList membership at any time. If you cancel your account with MungoList.com it will be cancelled immediately, however please note all purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Will other agents be shown on my listings on MungoList.com?
Absolutely not! On MungoList.com you will be the only agent that appears on your listings. Your listings are yours and we do not believe that you should have to compete with other agents on listings that you have worked so hard to acquire. We also don't believe you should have to pay to be exclusively shown on your own listings.
